We would like to invite the residents of La Vista to participate in the SINAG (Simulan Nating Gumawa) Senior Wellness Program to be held on September 10 and 17.  It is a two-Saturday event where SINAG, together with Kaya Natin, MSD and the Senior Citizens Association of Brgy. Pansol aim to raise awareness on the health of our  senior citizens and raise support for a vaccination program.

On September 10,  everyone is invited to hear lectures on pneumo and cardiac diseases, diabetes, and osteoporosis.  Registration starts at 7 am, after the 6-7 am mass.  After the talks, the participants are encouraged to sign-up for the “Bakuna ko, Alay ko…Bakuna Laban sa Pulmonya”, vaccine for a cause program on September 17.

In the vaccine for a cause program, we are offering pneumococcal vaccines for only P1,000 pesos, and senior citizens who buy one will be entitled to free doctors consultations  on September 17.  These check-ups include a DEXA screening/bone density test for osteoporosis, lipid profiling to determine risk for coronary heart disease, and a fasting blood sugar test.  But not only that, the P1,000 will also pay for a counterpart dose that will be donated to our senior citizens in Brgy. Pansol who are not able to afford it.

Both events will be held at the La Vista Park.  We encourage everyone to support this program.  For every resident of La Vista who purchases a vaccine, we can help give a senior in Brgy. Pansol get vaccinated as well.  For inquiries, you may call the La Vista Homeowners Office.  Thank you.
