PROGRESS REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF October  2010

Today, being our Parish Stewardship Sunday, the following is the update on the Balik-Alay Program:

The parish is always open to more response offerors to its Balik-Alay Stewardship Program. We hope that everyone will participate. Please see the parish office for inquiries.

1. December 08 is the Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the

Principal Patroness of the Philippines.  It is a Holy Day of obligation.  On this day, there will be masses at 6:00 am, 12:00 noon, 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

1. There will be a rummage sale on Saturday, December 04, at the

Lingkod Center, from 8:00AM to 2:00 PM.  The proceeds of the sale will be for the benefit of the Landas ng Karunungan Scholarship Program.  This project supports high school, vocational and college students with free school fees, school supplies and uniforms.  Donations of clothes, bags, kitchen and household items, computers and other items will be much appreciated.  Kindly bring your donations to the Parish Office.  Thank you.

1. Our children’s library and computer center is in need of desktop

computers as well as story books and reference books and magazines appropriate for grade school and high school age kids.  The library and computer center is used by our children from Pansol, Kaingin I and II for research and homework.  We desperately need to replace our computers and would appreciate your help.   Thank you and God bless.

4. If you need lavanderas, cooks, gardeners, carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians, lateros, drivers….please call the parish office .  Our workers are screened and provided values formation.

1. The Health Program Ministry will conduct a last quarter free clinic

day on Sunday, November 21.  Registration starts at 7:30 am and consultations follow immediately until 12:00 noon.
This service is made available through the kindness of our benefactors, and the doctors who have offered their services at no cost.
Let us continue to support this program to be able to reach out to more of our less fortunate.
2. As part of the celebration of the Solemnity of Christ the King, the

parish   will  have   the  annual   procession   around  Pansol & La Vista

starting at 6:30 PM  on   Sunday, November 21, 2010.  Please join us for

the   procession   and   please  bring candles and  pictures of Christ

the King.
3. The   Family Life  Ministry  invites  you  to  a  three-hour  talk  on married   life  at   the  Parish  Lingkod  Center on:

Communicating Effectively
